Song of Songs 8:2-4
She
2 I would lead you
and bring you to my mother’s house—
she who has taught me.
I would give you spiced wine to drink,
the nectar of my pomegranates.
3 His left arm is under my head
and his right arm embraces me.
4 Daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you:
Do not arouse or awaken love
until it so desires.

How many different positions does your husband embrace you during sex?
How many ways does he hold you while he strokes your most intimate parts?
How many ways do you connect while he works magic with his hands?
Eye to eye – face to face, reading your eyes as your body reacts
Spooning – fitting his body against yours, arms wrapped around to rest and hold and meander
Eye to body – intently studying, amazed and marveling as your body changes and reacts to his handiwork
Sitting up with your back against his chest – catching your surrendered body as he takes you and holds you
Standing up – in the shower or against a wall, providing steadiness as he challenges you to maintain balance
Straddling him – a thumb, or a hand, being amazed by the power of setting you free
So many different ways to connect and to experience pleasure in a different embrace.
